1、招标产品的名称、数量及主要技术参数：
根据中华人民共和国财政部与北欧投资银行签订的安徽芜湖交警支队利用北欧投资银行贷款智能化交通控制系统项目的贷款协议，中机国际招标公司授权使用上述贷款，以有限竞争性招标方式采购交通信号集中控制系统、交通流信息分析发布系统、无线数字集群（含定位功能）与应急通信保障系统、视频交通事件检测管理平台等。（详见清单）。全部货款在该贷款下支付。
欢迎在北欧注册并运行的有关制造厂商或贸易公司参与上述项目的投标。该贷款项下合同包的供货需与一个北欧供应商或承包商签订一个合同。贷款项下任何当地或第三国的供货和服务应由供应商或承包商对买方负责。货物主要来源于北欧。贷款下原产北欧的供货和服务至少50%，当地和第三国供货不得超过50%。
投标商应在投标时递交金额不少于投标总价2%的投标保函。

CMC International Tendering Co. entrusted by the purchaser, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and/or service by way of International Competitive Bidding and traditional bidding. The tender notice was released on www.chinabidding.com on Jul.20,2012

1.Name of Products/Equipment, Quantity, and Main Technical Data:
In accordance with the state to state Loan Agreement between Ministry of Finance of China and NIB for the Municipal Intelligent Traffic Control System Project for Traffic Police Division of Wuhu Public Security Bureau (PSB), Anhui Province , CMC International Tendering Corp. is authorized to purchase, by way of Limited Competitive Bidding, centralized urban traffic signal control system, traffic flow information analysis and distribution system for urban arterial roads, Digital Trunking and Emergency Response System, traffic incident video detection system, etc. (details as per list below). The payment for the purchases shall be made under the Loan.
We hereby invite: The Manufacturers or Companies registered and operated in Nordic Europe to participate in the Bid. Supply of the commodities and works financed under Mixed Credit shall be tendered and contracted as one Contract with a Nordic European Supplier/Contractor. Any local or third countries supplies and works to be financed under Mixed Credit shall be included in this tendering whether in this Contract or in supplies or sub-contracts, with the Nordic European Supplier/Contractor being responsible towards the Buyer. The main source for the commodity is from Nordic Europe. Supply of the commodities and works financed under Mixed Credit should be of at least 50% Nordic European origin in the supply Contract. Deliveries from third countries and deliveries local sources can be equivalent to Max 50%.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of strictly not less than 2% (two percent) of total bid price.

3.Time of Selling Bidding Documents: between 9:00am to 11:00am, 2:00pm to 4:00pm from July 20, 2012 to August 21, 2012(except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays)
