公盂景区入口停车楼及管理用房工程（EPC）于2026年2月11日和2026年3月2日在北京市丰台区西三环南路14号院首科大厦四层中技国际招标有限公司会议中心举行了开标仪式，共有9家投标人按时递交了投标文件。评标委员会随后完成了评标工作并将评标报告报送法开署审核。法开署审核后出具了不反对意见，现将中标结果公示如下：

Announcement of Bid Winning Results of Construction Project for the Parking Building and Facilities for Gongyuyan in Scenic Area Entrance（EPC） under Xianju Scenic Area of Demonstration Project on Biodiversity Conservation and Development of Xianju County Project financed by AFD
Entrusted by Xianju Biodiversity Development Co., Ltd., CMC International Tendering Co., Ltd. will undertake the NPC for the Construction Project for the Parking Building and Facilities for Gongyuyan in Scenic Area Entrance（EPC） under Xianju Scenic Area of Demonstration Project on Biodiversity Conservation and Development of Xianju County Project.
Bids were respectively opened as specified in the Bidding Documents on February 11, 2026 and on March 2, 2026 at room No. 14, Conference Center of ITC 4th Floor, Shouke Plaza, No. 14 Xisanhuan Nanlu, Fengtai District, Beijing, and 9 bidders submitted bids. The bid evaluation committee completed the evaluation and submitted the bid evaluation report to the AFD for review. After the review by the AFD, no objection was issued.
